As a call center operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

We are looking for a professional with a friendly and positive attitude who is able to multitask and work well under pressure. You must be comfortable using computer systems and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Providing customers with product and service information
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
