Dispatcher

We are looking for great people to join our team as phone representatives or dispatchers! Our company is located in Los Angeles and we provide Home Services such as Appliance Repair and HVAC ! Your main responsibility will be answering and respond to any emergency or non-emergency calls to provide assistance or important information. Main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units’ routes to prioritize and organize their schedules.
