Fleet Solutions Team is Hiring a Load Planner

What does a Load Planner do?
The Load Planner is responsible for finding loads, calling brokers, and negotiating rates based on the criteria set by the fleet manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search for loads on load boards according to the criteria provided by the fleet manager;
- Communicate with brokers over the phone to discuss load details, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements;
- Ensure all necessary information about the loads is accurately documented and passed on to the fleet manager;
- Collaborate closely with the fleet manager to ensure all load options meet company goals for efficiency and profitability;
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on load statuses.

Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency (both written and verbal skills are required) — don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect, we are happy to help you improve on the job;
- Enjoys communicating over the phone and is comfortable making multiple calls daily;
- Is responsible and ready to take ownership of tasks;
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Is curious, proactive, and thinks outside the box.

Work schedule:
Monday-Friday
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (CHISINAU TIME ZONE)
