Truck Dispatch with salary 2-3% from day one, 5-8 trucks per dispatch: Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga

Logistics company based in US is hiring dispatch with experience.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for efficiently scheduling, coordinating, and managing his trucks.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company and industry regulations.
Must be able to combine loads and work with partials.
Experience with open deck trailers (Flat, Step, Conestoga).

If you meet the above criteria, you'll be paid 2-3% from day one.
