1. To book new loads in advance and negotiate about rates;
2. To control reefer temp and temp mode, that driver set and to check all documents that driver gets on PU or Delivery;
3. To keep a good relationships with the brokers and drivers;
4. To check by tracking applications if the driver can make both PU and Delivery on time and to give the new update to the brokers in advance;
5. To work with the 4-6 trucks at the same time;
6. To answer to many phone calls and emails;
7. To plan routes in advance, based on market conditions;
